Socialtext is commercial wiki software, providing an 'enterprise' intranet wiki solution.

It is available as a free 30 day trial. After that you pay. How much, is not clear, but it's far from free ('enterprise' prices) They also provide hosted wiki service at Socialtext.net which costs $495 for one year for 5 users.

Some of the 'Socialtext Workspace' product is based on code from the Kwiki wiki engine.
