Ratchetpedia is an independent wiki focusing on the Ratchet & Clank video game series, developed by Insomniac Games and High Impact Games. The site was founded by Sove and UxieLover1994 on March 31, 2012. Its current goal is to reach 1,000 articles that are deemed by the wiki's staff to be "complete," as well as to "perfect" its templates and develop its own custom skin. It aims to become the best English source of Ratchet & Clank information in the world.
The idea for Ratchetpedia came to UxieLover1994 around October 2011 while she was editing the now-defunct Spyropedia, and after several months of working with Sove — a friend of UxieLover1994 — the site finally came into existence.
As of June 25, 2012, Ratchetpedia has experienced slight downtime and has restricted its editing and account creation to previously-registered users. There has been no word for when it intends to come out of read-only mode.
Differences in style between Ratchetpedia and Ratchet & Clank wiki
