How do you categorize a wiki that is no longer?
If you think it may be a temporary connection problem, use template:Cannot connect, template:Down, or change its status to "Offline".
If you the wiki is clearly dead or has been linkdead for a long time, use template:Inactive (template:Inactive boilerplate). Or simply change the "Wiki" or "Wiki List" to "Inactive" in the existing template.
