TLS-1.3 is an encryption protocol that the NSA often forces websites to mandate,
meaning that the website does not accept any encyption other than TLS-1.3.
That is because the newer browsers that are TLS-1.3-compatible do not have
a javascript-disabling option or a stylesheet-disabling option.
