In November 2010, Fast Eddie (who is now mainly in charge of the wiki) removed the "crowning" part of "Crowning Moment of Awesome".  This caused an uproar amongst tropers (TV Tropes editors), especially after all arguments (which were near unanimously against the change) were removed from the trope's discussion page and the dissidents told to "get used to it" by a high ranking moderator, Fighteer.
