WikiSummary, the Free Social Science Summary Database, was a wiki site containing summaries of academic books and articles, especially those relevant to political science. Most of the original 500 summaries began as the site administrator's personal notes; as such, the site currently has a closed copyright, though this may change if other editors begin making significant contributions to the wiki. Given the small base of users interested in updating a database of arcane scholarly works, mainly PhD students, potential contributors must email the administrator to request a username and password. There is no automated registration form.
