If you do not have time to add all fields of the boilerplate (and therefore the full detail of the wiki), just paste the new wiki main page or primary URL into a new article page, and type {{Add}}, and after saving new page, it too will also show up here, and will be available for someone else to add the full boilerplate data fields structure and full target wiki detail on it, listed in an additional category at category:Wikis to add.
