and needs to be 'populated' with articles, stubs (and / or other categories)
relevant to the subject matter of this specific category.

Include an article page in this category via one (or more) of three methods:
a. add MySkin in the appropriate field of its infobox template
b. 'tag' a word within the prose of the article, eg. {{tag|MySkin}}
c. add [[Category:MySkin]] at the bottom of its edit box.

Category:MySkin — this category here on WikiIndex contains a list of wiki sites that use, or are able to use MySkin, a MediaWiki skin. MySkin was one of the skins bundled with earlier versions of MediaWiki by default. It is a lightweight Monobook skin without the CSS. The idea is that the user customizes it using user or site-wide CSS.

MySkin was removed in MediaWiki 1.22 in 2013 (Gerrit #Ia6d73c), and has now been archived.
