Love it! Nice find. Weigh in?[edit]

Please feel free to start on Regiowikis - I think it is a great find. also, please check out WikiIndex:NewLogoDecision and WikiIndex:Spring 2011 Upgrade Path, Best, MarkDilley 10:28, 13 June 2011‎

User:Emijrpbot updating Size information[edit]

Sounds good, can you mock it up first? So people can see.. and if you are in the template already, do you think you could add the size template? Best, MarkDilley 19:25, 29 June 2011‎

I added it to the bot category for accounts, so it won't continue to spam RecentChanges. Nice work! Best, MarkDilley 00:21, 16 December 2011‎

As of date[edit]

Hi – nice work with your bot, but can I make a suggestion? Is it possible to include in your bot the 'As of date' nested below the Template:Size – and amend said date when your bot updates the page count size individual articles on here? If you look at the bottom of the boilerplate detail on the Template:Wiki, you'll see the embedded Template:Size, complete with the 'As of'. An example is this edit on SuccuWiki – the bot didn't change the date – this diff shows what I mean. Hope you can amend your bot to fix this, best regards, --Hoof Hearted 03:26, 3 January 2012 (PST)

Yes, it is possible, but I think that the date must be a parameter of Template:Size instead a free text. That would allow to add easily some semantic tricks. If you are ok, I will fix the Template:Size for that. emijrp 04:30, 3 January 2012 (PST)

Can you use your bot for your automated changes to the Spanish; Castilian language?[edit]

Hi Emijrp, and Merry Christmas to you :). Is it possible that you can use your bot account for your automated changes to the Spanish; Castilian language changes please - because your current changes are flooding the RecentChanges, thanks in advance, best regards, Sean, aka Hoof HeartedAdmintalk2HH 03:24, 25 December 2012 (PST)

I can not use Special:ReplaceText with my bot (and it is faster than use the bot). I did the last replacements a moments ago and I won't use it again in the next days/weeks (I chose a low activity day like today). Merry Christmas. emijrp (talk) 03:31, 25 December 2012 (PST)
Oh . . . OK. I noticed you marked the edits as minor, so they can be hidden in the RecentChanges (so that shouldn't be a problem - as IP editors can't mark edits as minors, and we can monitor new user accounts very easily). Please feel free to complete the task if you wish. Your work here is greatly appreciated :) Best regards, Sean, aka Hoof HeartedAdmintalk2HH 03:44, 25 December 2012 (PST)

which software do you use for your bot[edit]

Hello Emijrp, ? Best regards, --Gabriele (talk) 11:09, 2 June 2015 (PDT)

current use of the size-updating bot?[edit]

  • When and by whom is this bot used?
  • Can and should it be used regularly?
  • Would You do that or who should?

narrowing down the problem with email verification[edit]

I (Manorainjan ;-) assume, that Your account is email-verified. Please add the domain part of Your email to this Table of results so that we can see more clearly, which servers work and which not.

Request for ServerMove concerns[edit]

I wanted to be sure to draw your attention to the upcoming ServerMove and solicit your help in making the transition a positive rather than negative experience. Please take a moment to visit ServerMove and curate the list of concerns. Thanks! -- BrandonCsSanders (talk) 22:38, 14 November 2014 (UTC) (call forwarded by Manorainjan (talk) 23:15, 14 November 2014 (UTC))

Weigh in on WikiIndex:ServerName#Poll?[edit]

I wanted to be sure to draw your attention to a potential decision to change the domain of this wiki. I hope you'll weigh in with your opinion. Thanks! BrandonCsSanders (talk) 20:09, 13 March 2015 (UTC)
