wiki engine name:
Displayed name of the wiki engine in the rendered infobox. This entry is optional. If left blank, the infobox will assume the same name as its article page name. This field is useful if the wiki engine official name is different - maybe longer, than a shorter concise article page name, or if the wiki engine begins with the word 'The', or includes a lower-case leading letter. You may also add its official tagline (if any) in smaller text and italics after a forced line break.
wiki engine URL:
URL for the wiki engine — eg: https://WikiEngineURL.org, if unknown, type 'UnknownWikiURL'. This entry is mandatory.
logo wikilink or URL:
URL to hotlink the logo of the wiki engine, or registered users can upload an image file here on WikiIndex and wikilink to the logo like this [[File:Wiki engine logo.png|225px|alt=Description of logo image.]]. If the wiki engine has no logo, please enter 'No'. Other standard preformatted options include 'NoLogoYet', 'Unknown', 'Upload', 'Private', and 'Dead'.
wide logo override:
If the logo of the wiki engine is particularly wide, and/or the name of the wiki engine is particularly long; type 'y' (lower-case only) in this box to alter the default rendered display of the infobox; otherwise, leave BLANK.
changes URL:
URL to revision history, change log or development roadmap link of the wiki engine. If none available, please enter 'No'.
WikiNode URL:
URL to the WikiNode of the wiki engine — eg: https://WikiEngineURL.org/WikiNode. If the wiki engine does not have a completed WikiNode page, please type 'No'.
about URL:
URL to the 'About' page of the wiki engine — eg: https://WikiEngineURL.org/About. If the wiki engine does not have an About page, please type 'No'.
documentation URL:
URL to the user manual or 'documentation' page of the wiki engine — eg: https://WikiEngineURL.org/Documentation. If it does not have any such page, please type 'No'.
source code URL:
URL to the source code page of the wiki engine, which may be on an external repository site such as GitHub, SourceForge, etc — eg: https://GitHub.com/AUTHOR/WikiEngine. If it does not have any such page, please type 'No'.
main topic:
Mandatory. This field should be left as is . . .  :)
founder:
Type the name of the original founder of the wiki engine here; if none, use 'unknown'. If they have their own article here on WikiIndex, under their real name or pseudonym, please wikilink, otherwise leave as plain text.
owner / CEO:
Type the name of the current Owner (individual or company) or Chief Executive Officer of the wiki engine; if none, use 'unknown'. If they have their own article here on WikiIndex, under their real name or pseudonym, please wikilink, otherwise leave as plain text.
interface language:
Mandatory. This is for the main language (or languages) which the wiki engine interface is available in eg: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese etc. If the wiki engine is available in more than one interface language, type 'Multilingual' here, and list the actual languages as prose in the Description box below. The WikiMatrix comparison site provides further info on this, and GitHub and/or SourceForge may also have this info.
programming language:
This field is for the main, primary programming language which the wiki engine is compiled from. WikiMatrix, GitHub, or SourceForge may provide this info. If the wiki engine uses more than one type of programming language, insert the main language here, and detail both in the textual prose in the Description box below.
software license:
This field is for the license under which the wiki engine software is released (not to be confused with licenses of wiki content). WikiMatrix, GitHub, or SourceForge may provide this info. If the wiki engine is released with NO license, insert 'No license'. If it is available under more than one type of license, insert 'Multi-license' here, and detail all available licenses in the textual prose in the Description box below.
status:
Mandatory. 'Active' is appropriate for established wiki engines which are still being actively developed, and are downloadable. 'Dormant' is appropriate for those wiki engines which are still available for download, but have received no active development, or have been abandoned by their developers or staff. 'Dead' is for former wiki engines which are no longer available for download.
Note: The fields above which are highlighted in red are mandatory requirements. All other fields above are optional, though desired requirements. Please feel free to leave blank any which you are unsure of.
Description: 
Here you may describe the wiki engine in detail, ideally in English, along with its original native language if appropriate.

Try to add its programming language and software license, and detail of any other features or attributes. Try to list any database requirements, and any wiki syntax issues, such as does it support CamelCase, interwiki, backlinks, etc.

External links are welcome, providing they are directly relevant to the wiki engine.
