I saw the "[[:Category:GermanSpeakers (3)|Advanced German Speaker]]" tag and mistook it for a "[[:Category:GermanSpeakers (N)|Native German speaker]]" tag.  Still, I imagine that you would not want to comment on what is banned in American states, as Mr. Kraemer suggests.
