I like the idea that if a human being is required to "grant access" then it falls into a single category, such as "ApprovalRequired".  "InviteRequired" works just as well for me, as does "ByInvitation".  So to the extent that a human is required for any wikis falling into "Subscription", "RequestLogin" or "Restrited", then these should be in this category.  If we do that, I think we're down to something like 5 categories?  That would be awesome. --[[Raymond King]] | <small>[[User talk:Rathbone|talk]]</small> 21:39, 22 Feb 2006 (EST)
