I like the idea that if a human being is required to "grant access" then it falls into a single category, such as "ApprovalRequired". "InviteRequired" works just as well for me, as does "ByInvitation". So to the extent that a human is required for any wikis falling into "Subscription", "RequestLogin" or "Restrited", then these should be in this category.
