I recently updated this, so as to comply with structured data. [[Form:Wiki]] - which is utilised from the [[WikiIndex:Add a Wiki]] - now has drop-down selection boxes for all available licenses. However, if an editor uses the conventional 'edit' tab (instead of the 'edit with form' tab), they can still add a non-standard license - but this will now show up with a yellow 'caution' icon next to it (to indicate that it is not one of our established structured data elements) - as will any of the fields which rely on [[Special:Properties]].
