Pagrindinės Pipedijos temos yra Politika, Mitologija, Parodija, Konspiracija, taip pat įvairios kitos, įskaitant ir keisčiausias temas, taip pat tas, kurios buvo pašalintos iš Vikipedijos, kaip neatitinkančios enciklopediškumo kriterijų.
