I object all 3 assumptions. First of all, if You assume that I used a copyrighted work in a illegitimate way, You got to know and show the original work. And You should very carefully consider this [[wp:Presumption of innocence]] as a basic principle of how not only judges and office bearers but actually all people should to their judgement. :I wonder if in this type of instance, it might be better, instead of blocking right away, to either take the matter off-wiki to a synchronous, private communication method like Gmail chat, which can often be quite helpful for resolving conflicts; or for either the sysop or the user who has been threatened with a block to file a [[Request for Comment]] and see what others think. This user's style is blunt and combative, but he's not like the users whose behavior is such obvious vandalism that they can be blocked summarily and uncontroversially, or who cause such widespread havoc that they need to be blocked as an emergency measure. From my point of view, you did not [http://wikiindex.org/index.php?title=WikiIndex%3AErstellen_von_neuen_Artikelseiten&action=historysubmit&diff=183387&oldid=183384 move the title] to better German, as you stated, but somewhat closer to Amtssprache, Behördendeutsch or [http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verwaltungssprache something similar]. I think the same could as well have happened to the French version of this improvement. I, personally, moved my language towards a more active one, that can be read more easy for "ordinary people".
