Philip Neustrom is a software engineer living in California. Currently working on Encycla (encycla.com), a better way to share knowledge on the web.
Previously, I was co-founder of nonprofit LocalWiki (https://LocalWiki.org) and co-founder of DavisWiki (https://LocalWiki.org/davis, used by 90% of Davis, CA residents).
I program computers and like sunshine, mathematics and burritos.
