CollectiveAccess is an open source collections management and online access application initially designed for museums, archives, and digital collections. It is also being used for libraries, corporations and non-profits.

The software is primarilly a relational database; and is a collaboration between the developers, Whirl-i-Gig, and partner institutions worldwide.

The CollectiveAccess Documentation wiki, with its unique custom skin, serves as documentation for the CollectiveAccess software.
