Arguably SABRE's greatest achievement is in beating the authorities at their own game!  Over the years, not only have we compiled a list of nearly every numbered road in the United Kingdom, but we also have reason to believe that our listing is more comprehensive than the one kept by the Department for Transport.  In addition, our members have worked together to produce in depth narratives of many of the A-roads in Great Britain.  This work is still ongoing as this version of the Roader's Digest has recently been set up, and we are still in the process of adding all the {{tag|information}} we hold on {{tag|British}} and Irish roads.
