WikiMatrix, hosted by {{tag|CosmoCode|CosmoCode GmbH}} in {{tag|Berlin}}, [[:Category:Germany|Germany]], also compares wiki software, and allows [https://www.WikiMatrix.org/consultants/ consultants] for wiki software.  It previously used to contain a glossary of wiki features, and also previously had an accompanying [[Archive.org:20171121230034/http://www.WikiMatrix.org/forum/index.php|internet forum]].
 
Sadly, this very useful WikiMatrix site was occasionally prone to intermittent periods of [[:Category:Possibly discontinued wikis|downtime]]; being [[:Category:Cannot connect|unable to be accessed]] for many consecutive days, before being made available again.  As mentioned above, when WikiMatrix was originally configured for [[:Category:OpenEdit|open editing]], some pages became frequently [[:Category:Spammed|spammed]]; and with a relatively small community of regular [[editor]]s, that [[spam]] would often remain for a while before being removed. :(
