Referata scratchpad is a 'scratchpad' wiki hosted by Referata. It is generally used for creating single-page wikis without creating an actual wiki in their own right. It is also primarilly used for testing, both for general MediaWiki software, and also for semantic data via the installed Semantic MediaWiki plugin.
