Alternate History on Miraheze is a wiki where anyone can start an alternate history timeline. Alternate histories are a form of speculative fiction which describes events in history which would've taken place differently if a point in the past was changed.
The wiki was founded on 18 May 2017 by JoshTheRoman, one of the administrators on the Alternate History Wiki on Wikia, and adopted on 7 December 2018 by Sapphire Williams.
