This is a good conversation for thinking about what a [[wiki]] is. Let me give it a go, a wiki is a community software that is usually built around a single / limited number [[:Category:Wiki Topic|topic(s)]]. The topic of [[WikiIndex]] is [[:Category:All|Wiki]] itself and Wikipedia's topic is to be [[:Category:Encyclopedia|encyclopedic]], so they have rules about what you can put over there.  But the rules are usually pretty easy to figure out.  The draft link is a great place to start, people will step in and help you if you are serious and on the easier side to work with online.
