Turn the one with the less correct name into a [[redirect]].  If there is any chance someone will be searching by the alternative name, might as well let them find it.  Also reduces the chances for someone adding that [[wiki]] again as another duplicate.

Place '''<nowiki>#REDIRECT [[Correct Wiki Name]]</nowiki>''' at the <u>top</u> of the [[edit box]] of the 'Incorrect Wiki Name' page (<s>and delete its' contents</s> and ask a [[sysop]] to merge their edit histories).

And leave a note on the talk page of the 'Correct Wiki Name' article indicating the [[redirect]], to help maintain any [[edit history]] (and therefore [[attribution]]) from the 'Incorrect Wiki Name'.

Rather than uploading various sizes of the same image, just upload the largest size that will be needed. Fpr this example, assume the first image above is uploaded here as "TedErnst.jpg". The same results as what you've got would be obatined by typing the following:

<nowiki>[[Image:TedErnst.jpg]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|348px]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|193px]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|39px]]</nowiki>

Just specify the number of pixels wied you want an image to be scaled to. specify "thumb" to thumbnail it. other parameters include left, right, center, and frame. Any other text is put in as a caption. I'm going to upload a picture of myself and do all this on my page to show you what I mean.
