Welcoming is a good part of building community on a [[wiki]].  It helps to show that [[RealPeople]] are here and willing to work together.  This is one of the most important things that folks at the Denmark [[WikiSym]] session on [[WikiOhana]] was.  We were trying to figure out how to hold on to [[WikiValues]] in the exploding space of wikis.
