HtagPhotoWiki was a photography wiki by Sven Neumann, a WikiWikiWeb editor from Malta. HtagPhotoWiki ran on Neumann's own wiki engine, called HtagWiki and written in Neumann's own programming language, called HTAG.
In 2006, this now points to the Internet Archive WaybackMachine so I guess it must be defunct.
