Scientific Study of Video Games, a.k.a. The Video Game Player's Encyclopedia.
Here we collect our anecdotes and personal commentary (theory) on video games.
Some seven or eight years ago, we had a Web site with similiar themes, featuring games from the SNES-era, which in turn was inspired by an earlier document Final Fantasy and Science we had found on the Web. We had lost interest in our old Web site for a very long while, but now that computer and Internet technology are so much more convenient (e.g. instant always-on network connectivity and wiki software) it didn't take much effort to revive the old Web site again and add endless new observations.
