Burgers en bedrijven verwachten een goed functionerende, dienstverlenende overheid. Samenwerking tussen overheidsorganisaties, waarbij zij hun processen afstemmen en gebruikmaken van elkaars informatie, is hiervoor een belangrijke voorwaarde. NORA, de Nederlandse Overheid Referentie Architectuur, helpt de samenwerking te realiseren.

Collaboration between government organisatie, in which they organise there processes together and make better use of each others information is a crucial part. NORA. the Dutch Government Reference Architecture, helps to maintain colaboration.
