The owner of a wiki site (or other wiki infrastructure, such as a wiki engine or wiki farm) is the person who registered the domain name, runs the server, or is otherwise the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or similar of the hosting company. The owner may, or may not also be the founder of the wiki; there may be instances of where a founder has decided to hang up their ownership of said wiki and transfer it to somebody else.
In respect of this WikiIndex wiki, our owner is Raymond King, and he edits under the username 'Rathbone'.
