If you scroll down to the footer of http://eng.anarchopedia.org/Main_Page - and indeed every page, you will see the file placeholder (sadly a 'red link' at the moment) alongside the MediaWiki 'powered by' mini-banner. It clearly states "the terms "For those who care about capitalist values"". I think the actual file on Anarchopedia was lost during a server crash in late 2015. [[Archive.org:20150917184214/http://Eng.Anarchopedia.org/Main_Page|This archive of the English main page from September 2015]] clearly shows the picture bottom left. I trust you are satisfied with my explanation.
