:I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I think you might still be getting it because you haven't hit some arbitrary number of edits to where MediaWiki will no longer consider you "newly registered". I recently started working on a wiki less than a week ago, and I decided I'd list it on this site. However, as it's called "Car Wiki" it shares a name with [[Car Wiki|this entry]]. It appears it has been dead(?)(listed as dormant, but leads to "Not a valid community" page on Fandom) for a long time, but I don't think it would be okay to ''replace'' it altogether by editing the page.
