:::Smiddle is trying to say that there's need to redirect every query to wikiindex.com to wikiindex.org, like there's existing redirect from blah.wikicities.com to blah.wikia.com, so there will be no need to edit [[Special:Interwiki]] and delete lot of entries that links to wikiindex.com and then add lot of entries that links to wikiindex.org.
