-Who wants to type "wikiindex:" when he or she could type "help:" as the start of a link to a new or existing "help" page?
-And why mix pages that can help non-contributors (as well as contributors) with the "machinery" information and guidelines that are in the "project" (ie "wikiindex:") namespace designed for contributors?
-I recommend that all three of the pages currently in this namespace have their redirects replaced by a copy of the content they redirect to (with reciprocal links so that the content of each can diverge appropriately and still be accessible easily from the other for as long as there is close relatedness). Then [[Help:Contents]] can add at the top something like this:
