Policy Management Framework (PMF)[edit]

The key to effective policy management is establishing a framework for managing the policies, procedures and guidelines associated with different functions within your organization. There is some effort associated with establishing a PMF; however, once in place an effective PMF can increase profitability and reduce operational costs.
