As the importance of merchandise in leisure industry and tourism is growing, we want to gather all the information on retail and fad merchandising in this wiki, starting with the Dutch leisure industry.
We focus on
- specialty shops: shops in theme parks and amusement parks, in zoos, in museums, etc.
- characters used in the leisure industry for merchandizing purposes
- especially lots of new photo material
- legislation, definitions

Omdat het belang van merchandise in de vrijetijds industrie steeds verder toeneemt, is deze http://www.retaillwiki.nl in het leven geroepen om alle informatie te verzamelen over retail en fad merchandising. Om te beginnen de Nederlandse situatie.
