Wouldn't it be nice to have the same support for new Wikipersons pages as for Wiki pages? Just like the 'Add a Wiki' link top(!) left in the navigation bar. I suggest You upload the last one as 'sactage_avatar' again to a new page, mark it [[:Category:Avatars]] and use that in the profile.
So the current profile pic becomes free/unused.
To delete a picture that is momentarily used by a profile looks ugly.
