Category: Ex-Gamepedia.com — this specific category here on WikiIndex contains wiki sites, groups, and / or people that were once a part of the commercial for-profit Curse, Inc.-owned Gamepedia.com video games wiki farm; but subsequently left, for a variety of reasons. One of the main reasons for abandoning Gamepedia.com was because in December 2018, another commercial profit-driven wiki hosting company Wikia, Inc. purchased the entire Gamepedia.com wiki farm, including ownership of all Gamepedia.com hosted wiki sites, and then subsumed all those Gamepedia.com wiki sites into the Wikia Fandom brand, thus bloating them with even more advertising, and even less community control!
