The former WhatWeWant wiki site was a space for dialogue and coordination on What We Want, from the Chicago Discussion on Digital Inclusion. The City of Chicago has release a draft RFP (Request for Proposals) for it's city-wide wireless internet network.
The wiki became heavily spammed,[1] and was ultimately closed late 2008.
