The Portland Pattern Repository is an efflux of the WikiWikiWeb it is not a wiki but it contains re-factored material about patterns from the content of WikiWikiWeb until Jun 4, 1996. One can see that it was last edited then by looking at the Recent Changes URL. Such a link to RecentCanges is older than the idea of wiki. The differend systems of stacks of digital cards with which Ward was experimenting prior to wiki also did have similar mechanisms.

It was never editable by the public like WikiWikiWeb was and still (2014) is.
