David, you are correct. The initial project documentation from a couple of years ago states that utility wiki shouldn't be listed in any part of the wiki node. Through conversations at RecentChangesCamp and in Seattle between [[RayKing]] and [[LionKimbro]] that got worked out, but the documentation doesn't reflect that yet.
