'''Libertapedia''' is "the libertarian encyclopedia".  The site, founded in {{tag|FoundedIn2004|2004}} as LibertarianWiki.org by Paul Studier, described itself as a "clearinghouse of useful information for {{tag|libertarian}} {{tag|activists}}" in the {{tag|United States}}, and was intended to facilitate collaboration on real-world campaigns and other projects, but is now segueing to a more encyclopedia-like format.  In {{tag|FoundedIn2010|2010}}, it switched from an exclusively {{tag|Wiki Public Domain (generic)|Public Domain}} license to a Public Domain/[[:Category:Wiki Creative Commons|Creative Commons]] ({{tag|Wiki Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike|Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike}}) hybrid that allows for content to be brought in from [[:Category:Wikipedia|Wikipedia]].  In 2010, a new site owner took over and it was moved to Libertapedia.org.
