Some people (such as Cook Me Plox and [[Sannse Carter|sannse]]) say that the joke came from [[Club Penguin Wiki]] during its vandal mob in 2012, although the users at that wiki deny this. The Volunteer Spam Task Force is a group of Wikia users who have volunteered to help keep Wikia clear and free of spam. The task force is made up of users who act in the interests of the greater Wikia community by helping keep Wikia vandal and spam free. To do this they have been given additional user rights that allow them to detect and delete spam, and block offending users.
