I think, that
- technically there should be mentioned which function calls this template.
- and regarding the procedure there should be links to the explanation/definition of the valid reasons for deletion in the project namespace or help namespace.

- Documentation This isn't a template, so it's not called anywhere--it's a part of the interface that is used as a dropdown menu when an admin deletes a file. It seems to me like the reasons are self-evident but I can make a page that discusses file deletion: WikiIndex:File deletion. Koavf (talk) 12:57, 10 August 2015 (PDT)
