The feature requests page has dozens of requests that have been ignored, and the recent changes list is mostly full of account creations. Referata Meta is the unofficial Meta-Wiki for the wiki farm Referata. Although the site is not officially titled this, "Meta" is the common name given to the home or central site of wiki farms with many subdomain sites, including the Wikimedia Foundation.
As of November 2016, the Referata developers and other staff appear to have at least partially abandoned the website. The feature requests page has dozens of requests that have been ignored, and the recent changes list is mostly full of account creations. It seems like the wiki farm has become just a dormant host for individual wikis. See the category page for further details.
