WikiLaw, located at theWikiLaw.org/wiki, was a community site for attorneys in the United States of America (USA) to publish articles, treatises, documents, and other information about the law, in furtherance of the Free Access to Law Movement (FALM). Its jurisdiction was limited to Georgia, Missouri, and Texas in the USA.

History: The Free Access to Law Movement

An online encyclopedia open to public contributions and editing was a rather new concept in 2001 – the year Wikipedia was founded. That concept has blended its way into society's DNA to a level such that, absent complete destruction to a public internet, it shall never see extinction. However, attempts to grow a virtual law library under the same five pillars principle and free as in freedom philosophy have not excelled the movement to a meaningful level. The WikiLaw, while still carrying a 'wiki' tradition, is inventively modifying the previous approach to jump start the free access to law movement.
