The is spelled out with unroasted peaberry beans from East Timor.
Coffee is spelled out with roasted Mexican Oaxaca beans (except the O, of course).
Wiki is spelled out with an blend of beans that I don't recall right off. Some of the beans have a reddish tint that I thought looked neat though.
And the O in Coffee is from a poorly made espresso that was rapidly losing its crema as I was trying to get a good picture.
