I've made some translations of the sidebar to [{{FULLURL:Welcome|uselang=fr}} French] and [{{FULLURL:Welcome|uselang=sv}} Swedish], by editing sidebar a bit and creating things such as [[MediaWiki:Mainpage/fr]] and [[MediaWiki:Mainpage/sv]]. :Most likely openclipart.org would have a complete set of national flags, Wikipedia would also be worth a try. As for the search (rechercher) button? For logged-in users, changing the language selection in [[Special:Preferences]] translates the buttons on every page. For non-logged-in users, the language is whatever default has been set for the wiki in the LocalSettings.php file on the server.
