StructuredData means that there is Data that is structured. In this wiki, we use Wiki_Template (or something) on almost every single page. This is structured. We are not asking people to come here and make the page for their wiki any way they want to. We are requiring structure. It is an optional parameter, so it doesn't break the extant pages. I agree that it's helpful to explain how to use it, so I think we've made progress. Unfortunately, [[:Category:Wiki YourWiki'sLicense]] only lists wikis which were created after October 2008.
