To OptOut is to decide not to participate.

There are many efforts to connect wikis, the TourBus, WikiNodes, WikiIndex, etc. We can choose to respect the wishes of wiki communities.

At WikiIndex, the way we do that is with our WikiIndex:OptOut guideline.
