I have now copied the updates from WorldWideWiki pages [http://www.worldwidewiki.net/wiki/OneBigWikiAlphabeticalIndexV V], and [http://www.worldwidewiki.net/wiki/OneBigWikiAlphabeticalIndexK K]. I have left a warning to these pages that they are no longer maintained. And I have put an announcement about WikiIndex in a [http://www.worldwidewiki.net/wiki/SwitchWiki central page].
