I'm thinking about creating an interwiki template - maybe <code>{{tl|InterWiki}}</code>. I see this as a simple one-line indented message (similar to say the <code>{{tl|For}}</code> template) to be placed on specific pages here on WikiIndex to advise we have an interwiki link already set up.
